Following our submission to be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity on April 29, 2023, Frisco Pride received our Determination Letter dated May 9, 2023. We are now a 501(c)(3) Public Charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code.
